Christina Genth

Christina Genth Bio At the young age of three, Christina discovered her passion for art. Although her beginning creations consisting of crayon and marker murals were then frowned upon, her artwork today is greatly appreciated. Her clients even smile.

Christina's dreams led her to the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia, where she received a B.F.A. in Illustration. In 2006, her colorful and imaginative watercolor illustrations came to life in her children’s book The Messy Monkey Tea Party. This humorous rhyming story entails a young girl who invites all different kinds of zoo animals to a tea party...which ends in quite a disaster! Christina continues to illustrate and hopes to become a published children’s book author in the future.

Since 2004, Christina has worked as a commissioned artist with most subject matter consisting of beloved family members and pets. Over the years, her clients have given these meaningful paintings as gifts, perfect for treasuring memories and for that impossible person to buy for.

Her current shabby chic and vintage inspired collection consists mainly of beautiful horses and composed birds. Christina’s color palette and subject matter are greatly influenced by her admiration of nature. Consequently, her artwork has the ability to quiet the soul and reflects her love of animals.

Please contact Christina for questions regarding a painting or to discuss a custom order. Her cheerful artwork makes for a charming addition to any home. Thank you for visiting!
